The first step is to meet your team and assess the current structure. We will talk with your staff and look at your existing sales processes and technology. This will give us an understanding of what is and isn’t working. Based on the discovery phase, we will put together a road map starting with financial modeling in order to understand any potential capex, forecasting revenues and profitability. At the same time we organize any technology upgrades and integrations. We will organize any training for management and phone agents on the new systems, metrics, sales processes and reporting. Once approved, we will roll out and test all upgrades and integrations. We will put the hiring and training campaign in place to make sure that all reps are knowledgeable on product, new technology navigation and sales/customer service. We will assist in establishing best practices, KPI / metrics and reporting, then train managers and staff so they know how to monitor and coach phone agents. Once this is all established we can continue to work with you to ensure a successful business unit.
