Michael has worked in client services and database development for the past seven years. Previously at Call for Wine, be began as a client services representative and later, became the manager of the client services team. Today, he is involved in CRM development and is an expert at building work-flows in order to help businesses manage their customer database more effectively. At Incremental Business, he is in charge of CRM development and client services. Previously, Michael studied linguistics at the University of California, Berkeley.
